We supply and print Touch Football shirts and jerseys, Oztag shirts and jerseys, Touch Football Singlets, Oztag Singlets,
Touch Football uniforms, Oztag uniforms, Soccer shirts and shorts. Numbered and custom printed with your sponsor/team name.

WHEN WILL YOUR SHIRTS BE READY: Our average production time is 10 business days after payment. (Monday to Friday are business days). We are sorry but we do not offer a rush service for any quantity of shirts.

Note: orders of jerseys printed with numbers only are usually completed sooner than jerseys with additional printing.


PICK-UPS: Due to increasing requests for pickups it became increasingly difficult to offer this service, so to avoid disappointment we have removed the pick-up option. Our factory is no longer open to the public, sorry we cannot make exceptions. All orders are delivered direct to the customer, this is the most efficient and quick way for you to receive your shirts. Please see delivery information below.


BUSINESS DELIVERY ADDRESSES: To ensure the courier can deliver correctly, for commercial/business addresses we require a business name to include on the address label.

DELIVERY: Australia Post will email you tracking details for your parcel. A signature on delivery is required. If the driver cannot get a response when at your door they will drop your parcel off at the closest Post Office. Australia Post hold uncollected parcels for 14 days then return to sender. To re-deliver your parcel Australia Post will charge you the full delivery cost so please ensure you follow your tracking.

We can not take responsibility for Australia Post tracking emails so if you don't see their email, you accidentally delete it, their email is removed as junk, or for any other reason, once your estimated delivery time has been reached please enquire with your local Post Office in case of failed attempted delivery.

PAYMENT: Because your shirts are custom printed payment is required prior to commencement. Once payment has been sent please advise us so we can quickly allocate it to your order and begin production.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Credit/Debit card Visa/Mastercard/Amex or Internet Bank Deposit.

SAVE $10.00: Order a minimum of 15 shirts/singlets and we will take $10.00 off your total price. You can combine shirts and singlets to total 15 but they must be the same brand/catalogue with the same printing and placed in one order.

ORDERING: All orders must be submitted on our order form. We cannot accept orders by telephone or email. After ordering we will send you a copy or your order form and a link to our payments page. Once you have paid production will begin.

CAN I ADD AN EXRTA SHIRT:  Once payment is made your shirts are on order from the wholesaler, we are unable to change or add extra shirts. You will need to place a second order which is processed and shipped separately, approx 10 business days from payment. Please see information below re, combined shipping.


CAN I CHANGE OR MAKE CORRECTIONS TO MY ORDER: Due to increasing daily customer requests to change orders, make corrections, add an extra shirt, etc, it became unmanageable for us, slowed production and added to our costs, so please understand we can not make any changes to your order. Therefore we ask you to please carefully check your order on-screen before clicking the submit button, don't rush it.

You'll immediately be sent a copy of your order, if you do see anything that needs changing or correcting, do not pay! There's no need to contact us directly regarding this, just submit a replacement order, and in the order form "comments box" request cancellation of your previous order.

Important, once payment is made your order is in production so unfortunately cannot be cancelled, your garments will be supplied and printed as ordered.


ADDRESS ERRORS: Mistakes you make in your address, eg, wrong postcode, are identified by Australia Post when parcels are shipped, address errors will usually delay shipment by 2 or more days.


MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum of 7 garments for a first order. There is no minimum for re-orders of the same garment & print. For orders of 6 or less jerseys we incur additional production and handling costs, so a nominal $5 is added to the total price.

REPEAT ORDERS: When re-ordering the same shirt and printing as your previous order you should make sure you have your re-order details correct, shirt style and colour, print colour etc, we do not look up or compare your previous order with your new order.

MOCK-UP/ARTWORK: Your total payment includes the shirts, mockup artwork, printing and shipping. Once production begins and printing is scheduled you will receive a mockup artwork, you can then approve, or if you see we have not prepared your artwork as ordered please request changes until you are happy with the appearance. We can not print your shirts until you approve your artwork. You can also create your own artwork using any graphics software and send it to us in vector file format.

PRIVACY: Payments by credit/debit cards are transacted by secure server between the buyer and our online merchant services provider. No credit card information is sent to or stored by us.

SHIRT SIZING: Every shirt/singlet page has a size chart that gives actual measurements of the garment and a link to the "Shirt Sizing" page. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the measurements of the shirts they are buying and read the "Shirt Sizing" page before placing an order, don't guess your size. We take no responsibility for customers making incorrect size decisions, all information is there and should be carefully read before placing an order.

STOCK SHORTAGES: All shirts on our website are held in stock by local warehouses. Sometimes without notice garments may go on back-order if warehouse stock is low so for this reason our advised 10 business day production schedule is an average time only. If however stock can not be obtained in a reasonable time we give the customer the option to change the garment colour, size, type or receive a full refund. 

EXCHANGES:  Printed or unprinted garments can not be exchanged or returned for change of mind or for incorrect size selection. So please carefully read the item descriptions and sizing information on our website pages and ask any questions you may have before you place your order.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  If you place two separate orders immediataly one after the other and make one payment for both we may be able to combine shipping, but only if both orders sent in the one box do not increase our postage cost, we will confirm this before you make payment.

Separate orders placed on different days can not be combined in shipping, this is because completion dates will vary considerably causing unacceptable delays.


CANCELLATION:  Once payment is made your order is in production so unfortunately it cannot be cancelled, your garments will be supplied and printed as ordered.


All prices on this web site for custom printed garments or other items are provided as per our price list. If any price changes or errors have occurred in the presenting of this information by website or email, or garment colours discontinued we will notify you with the option to either change or cancel your order at no charge.

All prices include GST. Tax invoice issued and sent with delivery of your shirts.
